This Strawberry Banana Sorbet is filled with delicious strawberries, banana, and orange. A fun and healthy Breakfast! It’s highly nutritious and packed with lots of vitamins.
I get so excited to drink this quite often, even during Winter! Yeah, crazy me! Either to start my day or during the day! This Sorbet is the real deal and I just know that you’re going to love it just as much as me. I named it as “Eui’s Sorbet” as it’s my niece favorite Sorbet!
Here’s what you’re gonna get with this recipe…
Juicy and sweet with an extra kick of bitterness. You can just enjoy it as it is or freeze it and serve it like ice cream.
Honestly, this drink is SO delicious but it’s made with wholesome fruits so there ain’t nothing to be feeling guilty about here. You can have a double or triple portion.
How Do You Make a Creamy Strawberry Sorbet?
The secret ingredient in this recipe is the frozen bananas that bring the creaminess.
Don’t worry if you don’t like bananas, just makes it extra smooth and delicious. Bananas not only do they contain iron, magnesium, and potassium, they also reduce pain, and have anti-inflammatory agents. The banana blends, until the sorbet it’s perfectly creamy.
This Sorbet requires only 3 ingredients; Frozen Strawberries, frozen bananas, and orange – amazing! I often freeze strawberries and bananas so I would have the chance to enjoy them every time. I use them in lots of desserts and drinks.
You can freeze the fruits for 3-4 hours if you are in a hurry.
It’s better to use a good quality blender, mine is a cheap one and it’s quite difficult to blend it well. In addition, when the texture comes out of the blender the texture looks like sorbet, in my case looks like more as a fruit shake because of the photography timing…the ice on it start melting! But on either ways its equal delicious!
How to Make Strawberry Sorbet
So, I’m guessing you know already how to make but I will tell you anyway. Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth, ha. It’s that hard right?
I’m heading right away to refrigerate some more fruits for today’s night. As I mentioned above, today it’s game time! Bonne chance (Good luck) as French say…
