Ingredients
Vegan Bars
2cupsshredded coconut
1tablespoonMaple syrup
½cupcoconut cream
2tablespooncoconut oil
Chocolate coating
2tablespooncoconut oil
1 ½cupdark chocolate
Instructions
Add all the coconut, coconut oil and the cream in a mixing bowl and mix.
Knead them until you form the bars.
Put the bars on a baking sheet and place them in the freezer for an hour or two to harden for a couple of hours or overnight.
Heat the chocolate together with the coconut oil and whisk until smooth and liquid.
Dip the coconut bars into the chocolate until they are coated with chocolate from all sides.
Place them in the fridge again until the Vegan bars are hard.

Instead of coconut, you can use crushed nuts,
If you want to replace maple syrup you can use corn syrup as well.
