4 cups mushrooms 1 tsp olive oil 1/4 cup vegan butter 1/2 lemon 1/2 mandarin 1 tsp chilly pepper salt to taste 1/4 glass white wine
Slice the mushrooms, heat a pan and add the oil, butter, salt and pepper over low heat.
Add the mushrooms and squeeze the lemon and mandarin. Add the wine. Sauté until soft and all the mushrooms release their juices.
Top with chilly pepper and serve immediately. Bon appetite.
