Keto Chia Pudding
Keto Chia pudding is a very tasty and healthy solution for those who do not have time to prepare their breakfast. Its dairy-free, sugar-free, and egg-free! Top with fruits, nuts, cocoa, maple syrup or your favourite sauce.

2 Tbsp chia seeds 1 cup almond milk 1 tbsp vanilla 1 tbsp stevia powder toppings of choice
Gather all the ingredients. I just made different variations using nuts, fruits, vanilla, peanut butter, stevia, cocoa.
Mix 1 cup of milk with 2 Tablespoons of chia seeds, vanilla and stevia. Let them soak overnight.
Remove the pudding from the fridge and add the toppings of your choice.
If your pudding is too thin you can add more chia seeds and let it sit for 30 minutes more;
If it's too thick, try adding a touch more plant-based milk
