Vegan Mousse with Chocolate and Avocado

Vegan Mousse is a delicious and quick dessert flavored with Chocolate, Avocado, and Banana. You must try out this recipe! Super easy, super nutritious and absolutely mouthwatering!

  • 2 Avocados ripe
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/5 tbsp salt


  • Peel the 2 avocados and cut them in half
  • Peel the bananas and cut them in pieces
  • Place all the ingredients in a mixer until you get a smooth texture
  • Place it in the fridge for 1 hour, serve it in mini bowls and enjoy!


  • Make sure the Avocados are super ripe. I have previously tried to make this recipe with not so ripe avocados and I burned a mini blender. Its was a cheap one but still do not use not ripe ones. 
  • Use good quality cocoa to get a nice color. On this recipe, I did not use a quality one and as you can see the color of the mousse is a little bit pale and not so chocolaty. 
  • Alternatively, you can use melted chocolate. 
  • Chill the mousse before serving. All the flavors will settle and it will taste much better.
