TIPS FOR COOKING VEGAN MOUSSE WITH AVOCADO AND CHOCOLATE
- Make sure the Avocados are super ripe. I have previously tried to make this recipe with not so ripe avocados and I burned a mini blender. Its was a cheap one but still do not use not ripe ones.
- Use good quality cocoa to get a nice color. On this recipe, I did not use a quality one and as you can see the color of the mousse is a little bit pale and not so chocolaty.
- Alternatively, you can use melted chocolate.
- Chill the mousse before serving. All the flavors will settle and it will taste much better.

I’m making something similar to this but I never put banana in it. I think this is such a great addition and will give this a whole different flavour. Absolutely love this recipe and I can’t wait to make it.

This is one of my favourite desserts. It's so easy to make and I always feel less guilty about eating a big bowl of chocolate mousse. Ha! I usually make mine without the bananas. This might sound weird, but I love this - wash and dry some of those mini yogurt containers and save them. Pour this mixture into the containers and pop in the freezer for two hours. Then, insert a popsicle stick and then back in the freezer until completely frozen. Everyone loves the frozen mousse pops!
