Vegans Bread

This homemade Bread it's so easy to make and tasty that you will never want to buy the store one! You can enjoy it as a breakfast on their own or with a perfect bowl of soup or a fresh salad.
Servings 1 Big Loaf

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Whole Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp dry yeat
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 cup almond milk warm
  • 1 cup water warm

Instructions

  • In a bowl add the flour, salt, yeast and brown sugar.
  • Slowly add the warm almond milk and knead until you get an elastic and smooth dough (10-15 minutes).
  • Add the oil and knead for 5 minutes more. 
  • Then cover the bowl with a and let the dough rest for 1/2 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 338* F
  • Transfer dough to a working surface dusted with flour.
  • Knead dough and shape into a large loaf.
  • Put olive oil in a baking pan and put the dough.
  • Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm area, until they double in size.
  • Before baking, sprinkle some water to the top.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes. When ready, remove from baking pan and set on a wire to cool completely

Notes

Before baking the bread make small holes with fork or cuts with a knife.

STORAGE

  • You can store the bread at room temperature wrapped in plastic for 2 to 3 days
  • Put it on the refrigerator for up to 1 week. If you wanna put it on the freezer, slice it, wrap it and put it in the freezer for up to 2 months.
