Clean and cut the mushrooms into very small cubes
Cut the onions into cubes, heat a pan and add the oil, salt, and pepper over low heat and saute them until golden. Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Add the mushrooms to the pan. Sauté until soft. Remove from the heat.
Drain the beans and mash them well
Cut the Sun-dried tomatoes into small cubes.
In a bowl add the mashed beans, the tomatoes, the pan mix, the bread crumbs and the spices. Mix well and form three patties.
Reheat the pan and add the oil.
Cover the patties with bread crumbs and fry them for 10 minutes total on both sides, until golden.
Put a towel paper on a plate and place the patties to remove any excess oil.
