STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- Use your favorite type of olive oil, or vegan butter or coconut oil.
- For Gluten-Free Croutons just use gluten-free bread.
STORAGE
- Put it on the refrigerator for up to 1 week. I would not recommend freezing them.

- -> Recipe for croutons with garlic: melt the clove and mix it with olive oil or melted butter. Then pour the mixture over the croutons.
- -> Recipe for croutons with herbs in a different version: after pouring the croutons with oil or melted butter, sprinkle with chopped dried herbs. If we only have fresh herbs, chop them finely and bake them for 5 minutes in the oven. Then sprinkle the croutons with the herbs and continue the process of the recipe.

Yes, you can omit the olive oil or replace it with coconut oil or just a little bit of Vegan Butter,

Crouton Recipe | Vegan
Ingredients
- 4 cups bread cut in cubes
- ¼ tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon basil dried
- 1 tablespoon dill dried
Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to 752°F.
- Choose your favorite bread and cut it in small cubes, any size you like.
- Mix in a bowl the olive oil, spices and the herbs.
- Toss the croutons into the sauce.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the bread cubes on the baking tray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes tossing occasionally. Be careful do not burn them.
