- Raw Cashews
- Olive oil
- Vinegar
- Almond Yogurt
- Dill
- Black Pepper

WHAT EQUIPMENT YOU’LL NEED
- Food Processor or a high-speed blender
- Kitchen Scale
For dill nondairy cream cheese
Lots of people prefer cream cheese without any flavor but I like it flavored. Simply add 2 teaspoons of chopped dill and to the cream cheese, and blend until smooth. The Dill gives this extra flavor kick! It's sooo delicious!
You could also add other alternatives, like sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, or roasted peppers.

- If you don't have enough time for soaking just soak them in warm water for 45 minutes.
- Use unsweetened dairy-free yogurt.
STORAGE
- Put it on the refrigerator for up to 1 week. If you wanna put it on the freezer, slice it, wrap it and put it in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Serving Suggestions

Vegan Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup raw cashews
- ¼ vegan yougurt unsweetened
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon dill chopped
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Soak the cashews overnight. The longer you soak them, the creamier consistency you’ll have.
- Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
- Put them to to a food processor or high-speed blender. Add dairy-free yogurt, vinegar, salt, pepper, and dill.
- Blend until smooth.
