How to make a smoothie with frozen fruit and water
This Strawberry Banana and Orange Frozen Sorbet is filled with delicious strawberries, banana, and orange. A fun and healthy Breakfast! It's highly nutritious and packed with lots of vitamins. It's my niece's Eui, favorite sorbet!
I named it "Eui's Sorbet" as it's my niece's favorite Frozen Sorbet!

Juicy and sweet with an extra kick of bitterness. You can just enjoy it as it is or freezes it and serve it like ice cream.
Honestly, this drink is SO delicious but it’s made with wholesome fruits so there ain’t nothing to be feeling guilty about here. You can have a double or triple portion.
How Do You Make a Creamy Strawberry Frozen Sorbet?
The secret ingredient in this recipe is the frozen bananas that bring the creaminess.
Don’t worry if you don't like bananas, just makes it extra smooth and delicious. Bananas not only do contain iron, magnesium, and potassium, they also reduce pain, and have anti-inflammatory agents. The banana blends, until the sorbet it’s perfectly creamy.
This Frozen Sorbet requires only 3 ingredients; Frozen Strawberries, frozen bananas, and orange – amazing! I often freeze strawberries and bananas so I would have the chance to enjoy them every time. I use them in lots of desserts and drinks.
You can freeze the fruits for 3-4 hours if you are in a hurry.
It's better to use a good quality blender, mine is a cheap one and it's quite difficult to blend it well. In addition, when the texture comes out of the blender the texture looks like sorbet, in my case looks like more like a fruit shake because of the photography timing.
So, I’m guessing you know already how to make it but I will tell you anyway. Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth, ha. It's that hard right? And voila! You have delicious Sorbet!
Tips For The Fruit Sorbet
- For a more thick/smooth look, use 1 extra banana.
- For a more frozen looking sorbet use the fruits directly from the fridge.

How to make a smoothie with frozen fruit and water
Ingredients
- 2 frozen ripe bananas in slices
- 2 frozen strawberries in slices
- 3 Tbsps Juice of 1-2 orange cold
Instructions
- Put the fruits on the freezer.
- Remove the fruits from the freezer and leave them on room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Place the juice of 1 orange on your blender, add the fruits gradually and blend until you get a smooth texture.
- In case its too thick, just add little bit orange.
- Super easy and ready to enjoy!
