I've been using fresh crunchy cucumbers. All conventional cucumbers work fine but you can use the English ones. If using the conventional ones just remove little bit the seeds.

- 1 cucumber
- 1 mango
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- ¼ tablespoon salt
