Recipe Variations for the Porridge
Apple sauce:
Mix a ½ cup of grated apples and mix them with cinnamon. You can also boil the apple slices with sugar for a thicker sauce. Add cinnamon. Mix in the cooked oats.
Chocolate Sauce:
Coconut oil, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and agave syrup combine for the chocolate sauce. Add sliced banana and a drizzle of your agave syrup to your french toast. Mix in the cooked oats.
Serving Suggestions
Fruits: Serve with the fruits of your choice.
Cream: You can use any vegan cream you like. Chocolate cream, Avocado Mousse, choices are endless!

Step by Step Instructions for Banana Porridge Recipe
Gather all the ingredients (Photo 1)
Peel the bananas, cut into 3 or 4 pieces each and add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, which will prevent them from turning brown.
Add the almond milk and the oats to a pan (Photo 2).
Start mixing it, in low heat until the porridge thickens, about 15 minutes (Photo 3)
Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt and continue stirring until blended (Photo 4,5)
Continue stirring on low heat and add the raisins, vanilla, sweetener and the nuts (Photo 6)
Stir until all combined together (Photo 7)
Decorate with sliced bananas.
