How to store Keto pudding?
You can store it on the fridge for 6-7 days in an airtight container.
A few people confirm that you can freeze it as well. I never tried it though.

CHOCOLATE SAUCE:
Coconut oil, sea salt, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup combine for the vegan chocolate sauce. Add sliced banana and a drizzle of your agave syrup to your french toast.

I highly recommend refrigerating it overnight but if you in a hurry, refrigerate it at least for 3 hours. It allows all the liquid to be absorbed and get this silk smoothy taste.
Can I use chia seeds as egg substitute?
Yes, just combine 1 tablespoon of chia seeds mixed with 2 tablespoons of water and letting them soak. You will get a gelly texture.
