Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl - flour, cinnamon, salt (Photo 3).
Add the mashed banana in the dry mix and mix (Photo 4).
Heat a nonstick pan in medium heat. Add the butter (Photo 5).
Dip each slice of toast into the liquid mixture until both sides are evenly coated (about 1 – 2 seconds per side) (Photos 6,7,9)
Make sure the butter is melted and heated (Photo 8).
Cook each side until they get crispy (Photo 10, 11)
Mash the strawberries with a fork, add agave syrup or brown sugar. Mix together. Place a slice of bread in a serving plate, add the sauce, then the next slice, sauce, bread, until you finish all slices (Photos 12,13).
Drizzle a little bit of agave syrup on the top and serve with fruits.
