Preheat oven to 325F.
Add the cashews in a medium-size pan.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden. Let them cool for 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 cups cashews
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- ½ tablespoon Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Add the cashews in a medium size pan and bake for 15 minutes until golden
